Czech project has 12-storey buildings with loggias. They are built of bricks but for the partition walls and coverings reinforced concrete panels were used. The kitchens are quite spacious (8 – 12m²). Usually the rooms are isolated. It is considered to be quite prestigious and expensive type. The buildings are arranged in small groups or as individual buildings. They can be found in several neighbourhoods of Riga but the vast majority are located in Ķengarags, Iļģuciems, Jugla and Imanta. Czech project buildings can be confused with family project 13-storey buildings because they have similar shape, design and height.
