Characteristics
The series project has three variants however all the houses are built of panels. The first variant of the series has 12 or 16 floors with a single stairwell. These buildings are located, for example, in Krasta street housing estate, Purvciems and Pļavnieki; some are located in Ziepniekkalns, Zolitūde, Imanta and Mežciems. The second variant of the project has 12 floors. These buildings are built from panels and stairwells are built of bricks. These kinds of buildings are located near the Botanical Garden in Dzirciems, Iļģuciems, Imanta, Čiekurkalns, Mežaparks and Jugla. Both variants of buildings in this series have two lifts – small passenger and large cargo lift. The third variant of buildings is located only in Viestura prospectus – 9 storeys high, with two stairwells and lift in each of these stairwells.
